Nuno is passionate about design and the relationship buildings have with their immediate locale, and greater landscape. He believes the architecture of public buildings must be driven by sustainability, flexibility and respect for the surrounding environments. Committed, organised, and very interested in new technologies, he favours Building Information Modelling (BIM) to produce and manage quality urban and architectural works. Jessica is a Team Leader with over 7 experience on education, civic and mixed-use projects, with a strong focus on school refurbishments and new learning spaces. She manages day-to-day design coordination and documentation, ensuring EFSG, accessibility and safety requirements are integrated from the outset. Jessica is highly organised, methodical and effective at translating stakeholder feedback into clear design outcomes, drawings and specifications that contractors can build from with confidence.

Jessica holds an advanced diploma in Project Management and assists with project management, scheduling and liaising with consultants to ensure the projects are delivered in a timely manner and meet the project deadlines.

Adrian is an experienced BIM Manager with 6 years of international and local experience.

Adrian has advanced skills in Building Information Modelling, he is a detailed oriented person who thrives whilst developing complex parametric families. His experience across all stages of the project is extremely valuable. Adrian brings a positive and enthusiastic attitude to every project and is proficient in multiple software.

Maziar is a detail-oriented Graduate of Architecture with over three years of professional experience in architectural design, project coordination and documentation. He brings strong technical capability in Revit, AutoCAD and 3D modelling and contributes high-quality drawings, coordinated BIM outputs and clear documentation that supports accelerated delivery cycles.

His experience preparing construction drawings, technical details and development application documentation demonstrates strong reliability and attention to detail. He is skilled at collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, interpreting design direction, and producing consistent, accurate outputs aligned with project requirements. Maziar’s work ethic, responsiveness and digital capability make him a valuable support resource for both Masterplan and Concept Design phases.

Dr Naomi Parry is a professional historian and heritage consultant, writer and editor specialising in social history, aboriginal history, and digital history. She is an accredited member of the Professional Historians’ Association of NSW and the ACT, Lecturer and Adjunct Researcher at the University of Tasmania, and an external affiliate with the Purai Global Indigenous History Network.

Dr Parry has assisted ShakeUp architecture by preparing research on the Aboriginal history of multiple project sites. Her special expertise and historical insights assist our team make design decisions that are sensitive to site, culture and history.

With over 14 years of professional experience in private, public and government sectors, Sarah has prepared numerous Social Impact Statements (SIA) and Social Impact Comments (SIC) for Development Applications, including State Significant Developments (schools, event sites), mixed use developments, residential flat buildings, Master Plan developments, schools, licensed premises, childcare centres, boarding houses, NDIS/SDA accomodation, and sex services premises.Sarah assists our team by bringing valuable insight of the potential impacts of people and place.

Kingslee is a recently graduated high school student undertaking the NSW Government Infrastructure Traineeships Program and is studying a Cert IV in Project Management. Kingslee has been working in the Quality Assurance systems and has been involved in project management tasks relating to several Educational projects.
