Since the completion of her architecture degree at UNSW in 2006, Lilyana has gained years of design development and documentation experience for medium to high density residential and mixed use developments, as well as projects in the education sector. Her work in individual house design and documentation, a passion for appropriate dwelling space planning, and time spent working with multi-residential apartments and town-house projects has given her a special interest in residential design.

Zhi- Qing (Zhi) is a recent and energetic graduate with past experience in education, commercial and aged care projects, and gained valuable experience while completing her studies at Architectus Sydney. Zhi enjoys working on large scale projects with a community focus and is a passionate and experienced user of digital software.
A proactive graduate, she has assisted ShakeUp with multiple educational and social housing projects including Bossley Park High School and Picton High School.

Dr Naomi Parry is a professional historian and heritage consultant, writer and editor specialising in social history, aboriginal history, and digital history. She is an accredited member of the Professional Historians’ Association of NSW and the ACT, Lecturer and Adjunct Researcher at the University of Tasmania, and an external affiliate with the Purai Global Indigenous History Network.
Dr Parry has assisted ShakeUp architecture by preparing research on the Aboriginal history of multiple project sites. Her special expertise and historical insights assist our team make design decisions that are sensitive to site, culture and history.

With over 14 years of professional experience in private, public and government sectors, Sarah has prepared numerous Social Impact Statements (SIA) and Social Impact Comments (SIC) for Development Applications, including State Significant Developments (schools, event sites), mixed use developments, residential flat buildings, Master Plan developments, schools, licensed premises, childcare centres, boarding houses, NDIS/SDA accomodation, and sex services premises.Sarah assists our team by bringing valuable insight of the potential impacts of people and place.
